Who we are
Frame 37 is a full-service, global production company founded by Jason Agron. We handle all logistics, assemble the best crew for the project, keep shoots on budget without compromising the creative, and everything in between. Those are the non-negotiables. What sets Frame 37 apart, and what we take pride in delivering every time, is a set that runs smoothly, a team that's looked after, and a production that people walk away from remembering.
Behind the Frame 37 name
My love of analog film was the medium that started it all and inspired our name. A standard roll of film is sold as 36 exposures, but there's almost always a 37th frame waiting at the end. The 37th frame is the extra mile we go to make everyone’s day on set a little easier and a lot more enjoyable. We plan harder to run calmer.
The founder
My perspective comes from working every side of the lens. What started as a childhood obsession with my dad’s Olympus camera evolved into a degree in photography and ultimately a wide-ranging photography career. I served as Mumford & Sons’ official tour photographer, scouted locations for major retail clients, coordinated corporate events for organizations such as Meta and Uber, and photographed private events for high-profile executives in the Bay Area.
As much as I loved being behind the camera, I wanted to do more. My move into production started at the highest level, working with some of the largest tech companies in the Bay Area, which set the standard for the quality of work I continue to produce. As a Senior Creative Producer for the last 10 years, I’ve produced everything from editorials to campaigns to commercials on projects all over the world. The type of work is always changing, but the standard has always remained at the highest level.
Because I started my career behind the lens, I know what a great shot requires aesthetically, logistically, and financially. More than anything, it has made me embrace the entire creative vision, protect the budget, and take care of the people who help bring it all to life on and off set.
Our Impact
Great work shouldn't cost the environment or the community anything. Frame 37 builds practical sustainability measures into every project. While the amount scales with the project, our commitment doesn’t, which means that on every job, we give a portion of our fee back to a local nonprofit organization of your choosing, or ours.
