Who We Are

Frame 37 is a full-service global production company, founded by Jason Agron in 2026. The logistics, the right crew, work that’s on-budget and creatively sound: we treat all of that as the baseline, not the pitch. After more than a decade producing photography and motion projects around the world, we’ve learned that our real asset isn’t a list of services, it’s our reputation. People come to us because they trust us, because the work is exceptional, and because they know we’ll take care of both the process and everyone in it. Whether it’s a local shoot or a complex international production, what sets us apart is how we work, and why.

The Meaning Behind Frame 37

Our name comes from a shared love of the medium that started it all: analog film. A standard 36-exposure roll officially gives you 36 frames, but a careful hand can almost always pull one more. That 37th frame is our benchmark. It’s the extra measure of care, attention, and support beyond what the job strictly requires. In practice, that means we protect the crew and the schedule as fiercely as we protect the work. We’d rather plan harder and run calmer than cut a corner on either one. And don’t be surprised if a film camera shows up on set. A batch of candid, hand-developed shots tends to land in your inbox once the project has wrapped.

The Founder

Jason Agron’s perspective comes from working every side of the lens. He started as a professional photographer, moved into location scouting, and then into producing, with over a decade of experience with top-tier brands around the world. That path is why he reads a production differently. He knows what a shot actually needs, and what a location will really cost you in time and logistics, so problems get solved long before they reach set. More than anything, it’s made him protective: of the creative vision, of the budget, and of the people bringing both to life.

Our Impact

Great work shouldn’t cost the environment or the community anything. We build practical sustainability measures into every project. And while the amount scales with the project, our commitment doesn’t: on every job, we give a percentage back to a local charity of your choosing, or ours.
